Adoration.

Published on May 23, 2025

When you are in love you are happy to spend time with your beloved. Being with your ‘special one’ is all that counts; what appears to others to be ‘wasting time’ is really filling time.

Allowing the silence to fill up the space as you are just with one another is sufficient.

Sometimes being too ‘wordy’ disturbs the crystal clear clarity of just attending on the other.

Calling into the church and sitting quietly with Jesus Christ who is present in a most beautiful way in the Most Blessed Sacrament is to be in the presence of the Divine Love.

Taking time out for adoration and prayer not only calms the spirit, it nourishes it.

I warmly encourage you to join our own ‘Adoration Tuesdays’ which we launch this weekend.

As Jesus said to His disciples ‘come and see’.

There will be speakers here at all our Masses this weekend. You will find an invitation to join our Adoration on the seats in the church and there will be volunteers on hand to answer any questions you may have.
