Loving God, we thank you for the gift of summer, for the longer days and warmer weather. We are grateful for the opportunity to rest and play, to spend time with loved ones, and to enjoy the beauty of your creation. We ask for your protection as we travel, and for your guidance in using our time wisely. We pray for those who are working hard this summer, for those who are lonely or struggling, and for the health of our planet.
